Petworth's young footballers prepare to kick off their 2025/26 season this weekend. Petworth Football Club’s Youth section, which continues to grow year on year, will be back in action across multiple age groups, with fixtures scheduled both across the weekend.

Our club prides itself on developing grassroots football in the community, and we're now running teams from the youngest mini-soccer players right through to competitive junior sides. Coaches, parents, and volunteers have been working hard over the summer to ensure the players are ready for another season of football.

The club has seen a surge in interest recently, with more local children joining training sessions and matchday squads. This weekend marks the start of what we hope will be another fantastic year for our young players. Volunteers have also been busy improving facilities and preparing pitches to ensure players and families have the best possible matchday experience.

Parents are encouraged to go along and support the teams this weekend, with fixtures promising to showcase the enthusiasm and talent of Petworth’s next generation of footballers.
